Where You'll Make Your MarkAs a Manufacturing Team Leader working across a three‑shift rotating pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring that production operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. In this position, you will:<ul><li>Lead and develop production teams across three rotating shifts, consistently achieving plan attainment, efficiency targets, and exceptional quality outputs.</li><li>Act swiftly to address variances, identify future risks, and ensure continuous production performance.</li><li>Use and maintain visual management tools and quality systems to ensure full adherence to Operations Processes.</li><li>Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing areas.</li><li>Analyse and evaluate business requirements, taking immediate action to eliminate root‑cause issues that impact productivity or quality.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on new product introduction activities, supporting Innovation Processes that bring new ideas into serial production.</li><li>Serve as a role model and ambassador for a high‑compliance, safe, and respectful work environment.</li></ul>What Powers Your SuccessTo be successful in this role, you will bring:<ul><li>A relevant management or engineering qualification, or equivalent practical leadership experience within manufacturing.</li><li>Proven experience leading teams of five or more people in a production environment, demonstrating strong people‑development and performance leadership skills.</li><li>Solid engineering and assembly methods knowledge, strong Health &amp; Safety awareness, and confident application of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.</li><li>Additional certifications in Health &amp; Safety or continuous improvement methodologies (advantageous, not essential).</li><li>A leadership approach that is empathetic, structured, motivating, and rooted in responsibility and respect.</li><li>Proficiency using Windows‑based systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li></ul>What Awaits YouThis organisation is committed to creating an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
