Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Identifying client leads and making business to business outbound sales calls </li><li>Developing existing, new and lapsed business and client relationships </li><li>Sales activities, outbound business development calls and working to targets</li><li>Travelling to visit clients for service and sales meetings so ideally you will need to drive and have access to your own car</li><li>Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary bookings and permanent vacancies</li><li>Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections</li><li>Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating internal systems</li></ul>Blue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
