* To maintain the site electrical equipment to ensure always in good working condition.* To assist with installation of new plant and equipment.* To carry out planned preventative mechanical/electrical maintenance and repairs of all electrically operated plant and supplies across the whole site.* To assist in major breakdowns and equipment failures.* Ensure all equipment is safe to operate* Monitor equipment on an on-going basis.* Make recommendations for future improvements* To source and liaise with external contractors and suppliers* To monitor contractors when on site.* To ensure that all Health and Safety standards are maintained and that you show due diligence at all times.* To comply with all company policies and procedures e.g. health &amp; safety, training &amp; development, quality, disciplinary &amp; grievance and sickness &amp; absence etc.* To carry out any other reasonable requests to meet the needs of the business.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
