You'll be part of a 24/7, 365 operation where accuracy, speed and empathy genuinely make a difference - and can save lives. In this role, you will act as a first point of contact, whether directing emergency calls or supporting people with different communication requirements. You'll type real-time conversations with exceptional accuracy, ensuring every caller receives the help and support they need.
