As a growing operation, we're focused on building strong service standards, a positive team culture, and delivering a consistently enjoyable guest experience.</p><h2><strong>Role Summary</strong></h2><p>We're looking for a <strong>hands-on Assistant Manager</strong> to support the day-to-day running of the entire venue. This is a varied, practical role covering front of house, kitchen support, service delivery, compliance, and team leadership.</p><p>Working closely with the Manager and the Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting the team, and helping the business continue to grow.
