Job Description
As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality daytime food using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. You'll work in a brand‑new kitchen, preparing lunch dishes, baked goods, and event menus - with plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal daytime dishes
- Working with local suppliers and produce
- Supporting menu development with creative input
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Assisting with prep, stock control, and kitchen organisation
