We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable Housing Solutions Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. Estates Administrator (Housing)Salary: £14.82 per hourLocation: The Civic Centre, Ex1Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Till September 2026PURPOSE OF JOB i) To co-ordinate and provide all aspects of technical and administration support to the Estates Services Unit; ii) To maintain the corporate Asset Management system; iii) To supervise the Property Records Officer and the provision of the corporate property records functionMAIN ACTIVITIES 1. To provide full administrative and technical support to the Estates Services Unit to ensure the efficient day to day running of the Unit.2. To take the lead responsibility for the day to day operation and further development of the corporate Asset Management system.3. Day to day management and supervision of the Property Records Officer and the corporate property records service.5. Ensure all administration work for the Estates Unit is undertaken in a timely manner so as to meet corporate deadlines.14.
