The Role

We are seeking a qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently met

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years Education (or equivalent) - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for supporting children's learning and development
