🚚 We're Hiring: Traffic Planner📍 Grangemouth | Full‑time | Monday-FridayOur client, a well‑established operation based in Grangemouth, is looking for an experienced Traffic Planner to join their team in a fast‑paced office environment.This is a key role within the operation, managing day‑to‑day transport planning while ensuring full compliance and excellent customer service.🔧 The roleYou will be responsible for:Managing 10 vehicles operating from the sitePlanning and routing vehicles across ScotlandEnsuring full compliance with O‑Licence conditions, driver hours and transport regulationsScheduling driver routes, workforce planning and sickness managementMonitoring and managing driver infringementsLiaising daily with internal teams, customers and external suppliersPlanning backloads where possible to maximise vehicle efficiencyDelivering a first‑class service to clients at all times✅ What we're looking forProven experience as a Traffic Planner / Transport PlannerStrong knowledge of driver hours, compliance and O‑Licence regulationsAbility to work calmly and effectively in a busy office environmentExcellent communication and organisational skillsFlexible, proactive and customer‑focused approach⏰ Hours of workMonday to Friday, 8am startFlexibility is essential to meet operational demandsThis will include earlier start times (from 5:30am) when requiredIf you're an experienced Traffic Planner looking for a challenging role within a busy operation, we'd love to hear from you.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
