Blue Arrow are looking for an administrator to work with a highly recommended client, in a hybrid setting. This is working with a small team in an education sector. You must have at least 1 year of administrator experience to be successful for this position. Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure the topics and content of the webinar programme are relevant by working closely with our membership and using feedback tools.</li><li>Propose new sessions based on research and member needs.</li><li>Build good working relationships with trainers and support their engagement.</li><li>Support the Education Manager with documentation for External Verification Visits.</li><li>Engage with members and students for feedback on educational offerings.</li><li>Undertake continuous professional development.</li><li><div>Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence</div></li></ul>Skills and Experience<ul><li>Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.</li><li>Ability to engage with delegates and team members.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure.</li><li>You must be efficient in all Microsoft applications. </li><li>Previous admin experience is essential.</li></ul>This position will be Monday to Friday with standard office opening hours, from 8:30am - 5pm.
