Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm

About the Role

We're recruiting Production Operatives for a well‑established corrugated cardboard packaging manufacturer in the Monmouth area. The site produces industrial‑strength packaging for a range of manufacturing sectors and operates in a fast‑moving, safety‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and run production machinery used to manufacture corrugated cardboard products.
• Carry out production, quality checks, and packing of finished items.
• Follow all site processes, instructions, and safety procedures.
• Work flexibly across different trained tasks to support the daily production plan.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, contributing to improvements in safety, waste reduction and efficiency.
• Adapt quickly within a fast‑paced production environment.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in production, manufacturing or warehouse environments is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
• FLT licence is desirable but not essential.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Monmouth area.
• PPE required
