Nursery Nurse - Hitchin

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the delivery of high‑quality childcare in line with the EYFS
• Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and families
• Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Supporting daily routines, developmental activities, and room initiatives
• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are always upheld
• Engaging with prospective parents during nursery show rounds
• Contributing to the nursery's positive, collaborative team culture

What We're Looking For

• Full and relevant Early Years qualification (essential)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted expectations
• Safeguarding knowledge
• Paediatric First Aid
• Experience working as part of a team and delivering excellent customer service
• Understanding of health & safety and equal opportunities
• A warm, caring, and professional approach to early years education
