<h2>Site Coordinator - Vehicle Operations</h2>Location: Great Haywood (Neptune Site)Salary: £35,000 per annumHours: Full-time, site-based (standard site hours)<h3>About the Role</h3>We are looking for a Site Coordinator to take day-to-day ownership of operations at our Neptune site in Great Haywood. This is a hands-on, on-site role responsible for coordinating vehicle movements, ensuring site safety compliance, and keeping operational trackers up to date.You will act as the main point of contact on site, ensuring vehicles are prepared, movements are organised efficiently, and all safety and operational standards are consistently met.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Vehicle &amp; Despatch Coordination<ul><li>The day before any vehicle is due for despatch, ensure vehicles are started, running correctly, and free from warning lights</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly lists for:<ul><li>De-kits</li><li>Vehicles sent for off-site repair</li><li>Valeting</li><li>Site handovers</li></ul></li><li>Ensure all vehicles are photographed prior to departure (excluding DonBur and Sales movements)</li><li>Oversee all on-site handovers, ensuring drivers complete their PUI before leaving</li></ul>Site &amp; Logistics Management<ul><li>Track TriPak and Stillage status and arrange RiL returns to Magna Park as required</li><li>Monitor metal recycling skip levels and arrange swap-outs when needed</li><li>Ensure rubbish skips are swapped on Wednesday mornings and escalate any no-shows</li><li>Coordinate vehicle movements to engineers, sales collections, and third-party providers</li></ul>Health &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all site attendees comply with site safety requirements, including:<ul><li>Hi-vis clothing</li><li>Safety boots</li><li>Safe driving practices and speed limits</li></ul></li><li>Ensure safety is paramount at all times and that gloves and any other required PPE are provided and used correctly</li></ul>Administration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain and update Smartsheets and other operational trackers</li><li>Provide clear visibility of vehicle and site status to stakeholders</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in site coordination, vehicle logistics, fleet operations, or yard management</li><li>Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a site</li><li>Strong awareness of health &amp; safety practices</li><li>Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Confident using tracking systems and basic reporting tools</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Salary of £35,000 per annum</li><li>Stable, permanent, full-time position</li><li>A varied, hands-on role with real responsibility and autonomy</li><li>Opportunity to be the key owner of a critical operational site</li></ul>if interested, please apply belowBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
