We are currently recruiting a Yard Marshall for our well-established warehouse partner based in Robertsbridge TN32.Job Title: Yard MarshallLocation: Robertsbridge, TN32Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PMPay Rate: £14.48 per hourContract Type: Temporary, Ongoing (Full-Time Hours)Role Overview:The Yard Marshall will support our well-established warehouse partner by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and maintaining high standards of yard operations.Key Responsibilities:* Ensure full compliance with company health and safety standards.* Follow all legislative requirements, company policies, procedures, and customer-specific guidelines.* Oversee yard activities, acting as the first point of contact for vehicle movement.* Report any issues, accidents, or incidents to management promptly.* Maintain a safe working environment across all yard areas.* Manage inbound and outbound movements of contractors and vehicles.* Perform general housekeeping tasks as required.About You:* Previous experience in a similar role or environment.* Availability to work the required hours with flexibility when needed.* Strong communication skills.* Commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.* Confident, approachable, and a strong team player.
