CHEF DE PARTIE - PRESTIGE BOARDING SCHOOL - GODALMING£17.25 per hour52 Week contractMonday to Friday (1 in 3 weekends) We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join a leading contract catering company specializing in the catering at independent schools, you will be working at one of their prestige boarding schools based in Godalming, working 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year, 5/7 days.You will have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP level ideally in school kitchens. You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients &amp; regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset. Main Duties and Responsibilities:* To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch, dinner, hospitality &amp; events* To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards* Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.* Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health &amp; Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed. To support site staff and the divisional director in the effective delivery of the Genmed.me managed services at SWLEOC and day to day account management. We are looking for a senior team member to work alongside our Head Chef. We want someone who is highly productive, reliable and pro-active. A good command of English is a must as there will be allergy diets to prepare for.The ability to perform administrative duties is a part of this job when covering for our executive chef (full training given).Being a fast learner and being able to maintain standards is expected.Previous catering experience is essential.Benefits include<ul><li>Uniform, meals on duty, tea and coffee all provided</li><li>Monday to Friday work, with early starts (6am) and always straight shifts.
