This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term employment with the potential to become permanent staff. 🕒 Shift Details:Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PMSchedule: 5 days out of 7 (including some weekends on a rota basis) 💰 Pay:Starting Rate: £12.21 per hourFurther increase available following training 🛠️ Role Responsibilities:Loading and stacking produce onto palletsHandling boxes weighing up to 22kgMaintaining a clean and safe working environment ✅ Ideal Candidate:Consistently reliable with a strong work ethicPhysically fit and capable of manual handlingConversational level of EnglishOwn transport is beneficial but not essential 📈 Progression:This is a temp-to-perm role - successful candidates will be offered permanent contracts after a qualifying period.
