Start Times: Between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation at Fradley Park, Lichfield. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering stable hours, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in pallet network operations or high-volume goods movement, who is confident working night shifts and managing large pallet volumes.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate a counterbalance forklift to move goods safely and efficiently

* Load and unload trailers with precision and care

* Handle between 150-200 pallets per shift

* Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues to meet tight deadlines

* Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times

* Carry out basic equipment checks and report any issues promptly

Requirements

* A valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence

* Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or pallet network environment

* Ability to manage high pallet volumes with accuracy

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

* Flexibility with evening shift start times (between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
