Chef - Contract Catering - Romsey - £14.70 P/H - Mon-Fri - No Evenings or Weekends
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team at a contract catering site in Romsey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a great work-life balance, with Monday to Friday hours, no evenings, and weekends off.
Key Information
- Salary: £14.70 per hour + paid overtime
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday only
- Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year
- Location: Romsey (free parking available)
- Work-Life Balance: All evenings and weekends off
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to agreed standards
- Deliver a friendly and efficient catering service
- Assist with food preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of produce and ingredients
- Experience in contract catering or similar environments
- Knowledge of food production methods
- Positive and approachable attitude
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef in a similar setting
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards
- Excellent hygiene practices
