Job Role: Kerbside Driver (Class 2 Licence)Location: NewtownabbeyPay Rate: £16.20 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMJob Type: Full time, temp to perm for the right candidatesJob Description:We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Kerbside Driver with a Class 2 (Category C) licence to join our waste and recycling team in Newtownabbey. You'll be responsible for the collection of recyclable materials from residential areas, working as part of a dedicated crew.Key Responsibilities:Drive a Class 2 vehicle along designated kerbside collection routes.Assist with loading recyclable materials into the vehicle.Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues.Ensure all collections are completed safely and on schedule.Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.Follow all health &amp; safety and environmental regulations. Requirements:Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card.Physically fit - this is a hands-on role.Previous experience in waste collection is however we are accepting new passes as well.Team player with a strong work ethic.
