Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:45 - 17:45

About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Warehouse Operative to join the busy Spares Department at our client's Nottinghamshire site. In this role, you'll ensure spare parts and products are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched-helping maintain outstanding service for customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, prepare, and pack spare parts and customer orders in line with company standards.
  • Check and verify goods against delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched items using internal systems.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues and other departments to meet operational targets.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in a warehouse, dispatch, or spares environment (preferred).
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic IT skills for stock and system input.
  • Forklift licence (desirable, not essential).
