Machine Operator

Shifts - May rotate between dayshift, backshift, and continental patterns depending on business needs.

Pay - Varies depending on the shift worked, ranging from £12.37 to £15.47 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
* Monitor machine performance and carry out basic adjustments
* Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications
* Record production data accurately and follow work instructions
* Report faults or issues to supervisors promptly
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
* Flexible approach to working different shift patterns
