To support site staff and the divisional director in the effective delivery of the Genmed.me managed services at SWLEOC and day to day account management. To represent and promote Genmed managed services efficiency and the corporate values at the customer site To ensure that all stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery To carry out cycle-counting and ad-hoc stock-takes To rotate stock as appropriate To manage all stock within the department in a pro-active manner and flag any over/under consumption To ensure that all purchase orders placed by Genmed are authorised in accordance with Trust requirements and that all procedures are adhered to To train and support Trust staff in the use of Genmed systems To adhere to the reporting system and processes and to effectively manage exceptions To liaise and communicate effectively with customer staff at all levels and to be the first line of communication for the resolution of queries raised by them To liaise and communicate effectively with supplier and sub-contractor staff Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
