Location: Killinchy, Co. Down
Salary: up to £30,000- discussed at interview stage
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
As a Training Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of training programs that keep our clients' operations compliant, efficient, and safe. From onboarding new hires to assessing competencies on the production floor, you'll be the driving force behind a culture of food safety and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging training on GMPs, HACCP, allergen control, and high-risk RTE handling.
- Conduct competency assessments and maintain accurate compliance records.
- Develop and update training materials, SOPs, and process videos.
- Support audits by providing evidence of training and compliance.
- Coach and mentor staff to close skill gaps and reinforce best practices.
What Our Client is Looking For
- TAQA, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Training & Assessment.
- 2-5 years' experience in high-risk RTE or fresh-prepared food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with attention to detail.
