About the Role

As Sales Development Senior Manager, you will spearhead all commercial activities for our food manufacturing business. Your mission: drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong partnerships across retail, food service, distribution, and private-label channels. This is a senior leadership role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Sales Strategy: Develop and deliver a winning sales plan aligned with our production capabilities and market priorities.
  • Own Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with major retailers, food service operators, and distributors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs.
  • Drive Performance: Set ambitious targets for volume, revenue, and margin-and make them happen.
  • Inspire Your Team: Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering expertise in retail, food service, and industrial channels.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Marketing, NPD, Procurement, and Operations to maximize profitability and efficiency.

What Our Client is Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of progressive sales experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or perishables.
  • Proven success managing major retail or food service accounts.
  • Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and category trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and a passion for delivering results.
