Salary: £32,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Role

We're seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef/Chef De Partie to join our kitchen

.Working alongside the Head and Sous Chef, you'll help lead the team, prepare quality dishes, and maintain high culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard

· Support senior chefs in daily operations

· Supervise and train junior team members

· Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health standards

· Manage stock rotation and minimise waste

· Keep kitchen areas clean and organised

About You

· Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef

· Knowledgeable in professional cookery, fine dining and 5-star service.

· Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Positive, hands-on attitude

· Food hygiene certification preferred
