Head Chef - Nursing Home in Crowthorne

Salary: £35,297 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts: 5 days out of 7

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Bucklers Lodge. You'll create nutritious, delicious meals that make a real difference to our resident's lives.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and prepare varied menus that meet special dietary requirements (low fat, diabetic, religious diets).

· Cater for special occasions within the home.

· Manage stock control and purchasing within budget.

· Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and safety.

What We're Looking For

· Relevant food hygiene and preparation qualifications.

· Strong understanding of nutrition and the importance of food for wellbeing.

· Experience in a professional catering environment.
