VNA Fork Lift Driver / Warehouse

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00

Pay Rate: £14.01 per hour

Contract: Minimum 12‑month assignment

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

We are recruiting for a VNA Driver with warehouse experience to join a small, supportive team within a well‑established organisation in Swindon. This is a long‑term, stable opportunity for someone confident working at height and experienced in order picking.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operating manual handling equipment, including:

  • VNA / High Level Order Pickers (HLOP)

  • Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP)

• Retrieving, replenishing, and organising warehouse materials

• Processing goods for despatch and return in the Ancillary Building

• Using handheld scanners and tablets to scan and process documents

• Working independently and supporting a small team of five

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience, particularly with order picking

• VNA or forklift experience is a strong advantage

• Comfortable working at height

• Physically capable for an active role (no heavy lifting involved)

• Confident using handheld scanners and tablets

• Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
