This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident using digital tools, and takes pride in delivering accurate and efficient work.
About the Role
In this role, you will support day‑to‑day operations by delivering a wide range of administrative tasks. You'll be a key part of keeping the service running smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple teams.
- Produce and process documents using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other digital tools.
- Maintain well‑organised electronic filing systems and ensure information is easy to locate.
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and face‑to‑face, delivering consistently high‑quality service.
- Input, update, and extract data from internal systems.
- Use mail‑merge functions to generate letters and other communications.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare meeting rooms, provide refreshments, and maintain tidy, welcoming spaces.
- Process purchase orders and invoices.
- Work with a variety of software platforms and online systems.
- Follow internal policies, including Health & Safety and equality standards.
- Support the improvement of processes by identifying more effective ways of working.
- Carry out additional duties appropriate to the level of the role.
About You
You will be someone who:
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Provides excellent customer service across all communication channels
- Manages multiple tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Is enthusiastic about continuous improvement and new technology
Experience in administration is helpful but not essential - a positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn are equally valued.
