What You'll Be Doing

• Business Development: Proactively identify and win new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of clients.
• Account Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring outstanding service and repeat business.
• Candidate Matching: Source, screen, and match high-quality candidates to client vacancies across various sectors.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions that add real value.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is preferred, but we pride ourselves on developing skills from other transferable industries.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, and achieving targets.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
