We are looking for reliable and hardworking Baker with warehouse and retail experience to join our team at a leading meat supplier. This role involves baking high-quality pies, cooked meats, bacon, and sausages. We pride ourselves on supplying premium products to farm shops and retail outlets.working in a chilled environment, handling meat products, and ensuring all goods are stored and dispatched efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee food production processes ensuring high standards of quality</li><li>Prepare and process various meat products according to recipes</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations</li><li>Collaborate with team members to optimise production efficiency</li><li>Assist in butchery tasks as required</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area</li><li>Participate in training new staff on food preparation techniques</li><li>Contribute ideas for product development and improvement</li><li>Cooking of Pies and Cooked Meats</li><li>Qualifications</li><li>Proven experience in food production or butchery</li><li>Strong knowledge of food safety standards</li><li>Ability to work effectively within a team environment</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus</li><li>Picking, packing, and preparing meat products for dispatch</li><li>Operating within cold storage areas (chilled conditions)</li><li>Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety</li><li>Loading and unloading deliveries</li><li>Working as part of a team to meet daily targets</li></ul> <ul><li>Benefits:</li><li>Full training provided</li><li>PPE supplied</li><li>Opportunities for overtime and career progression</li><li>Free onsite parking</li></ul>Please send your CV if you are interested and qualified for this role.
