Chef - Full-Time, PermanentSalary: £31,229.43 per annumContract: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Dunkeld (Live in opportunity available) About the RoleBlue Arrow is looking for a Chef to join our clients catering team and help deliver nutritious, tasty meals for guests at our residential adventure camps. You'll work in a supportive environment, reporting to the Head Chef, and focus on preparing and cooking meals without the pressure of menu planning or sourcing ingredients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and cook high-quality, nutritious meals for guests.</li><li>Manage stock ordering and organisation.</li><li>Monitor cost control.</li><li>Coach and support junior team members.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and allergen requirements.</li></ul>This role offers a great work-life balance with minimal late nights, most Fridays or Saturdays off (especially outside peak season), and limited work over Christmas.
