Gateline Customer Service Assistant
📍 Location: Glasgow Exhibition Centre
💰 Salary: £15,091 during training, rising to £17,564 on completion
📚 Training: 5-day training + 2-day induction
📄 Contract: Permanent
⏰ Hours: Part Time - 23 hours
Earliest start: 04:19 | Latest finish: 01:00
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly face of the station, providing assistance and information to customers.
- Help with wheelchair access, ticket sales, and ensure smooth operation of the gateline.
- Keep the station safe and welcoming by managing queues and responding to hazards.
- Work as part of a proactive team that puts customer experience first.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confidence to handle challenges and resolve conflicts positively.
- A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
- No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training in customer service, first aid, disability awareness, and more.
