💰 Salary: £22,944 during training, rising to £26,731 on completion

📚 Training: 5-day training + 2-day induction

📄 Contract: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)

⏰ Shifts: Early and late shifts, including weekends

What You'll Do

• Be the friendly face of the station, assisting customers and providing information.
• Help with wheelchair access, ticket sales, and ensure smooth operation of the gateline.
• Maintain a safe environment by managing queues and responding to hazards.
• Work as part of a proactive team that puts customer experience first.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confidence to handle challenges and resolve conflicts positively.
• A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
• No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training in customer service, first aid, disability awareness, and more.
