Production Operative - Hartlepool

Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour (Days) / £13.21 per hour (Nights) Shifts: Days, Backs, and Nights (rotational or fixed)

Role Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Hartlepool. This role involves supporting daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery to support manufacturing processes
• Carrying out assembly, packing, and quality checks
• Following production schedules and work instructions
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
• Reporting faults, defects, or material issues to supervisors

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work either days, backs and nights
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
