You'll be the first point of contact for people in their most critical moments, ensuring they get the help they need-fast.<hr /><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li>Support Relay UK, enabling deaf, hard of hearing, and speech-impaired individuals to contact emergency services.</li><li>Type real-time voice-over conversations with speed and precision-your accuracy can save lives.</li><li>Handle calls for Emergency (999/112), Directory Enquiries (118500), and other critical services.</li><li>Communicate calmly and empathetically under pressure.</li></ul><hr /><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Typing speed: 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy (tested during application)</li><li>Clear, empathetic communication skills</li><li>Ability to stay composed in emotionally challenging situations</li><li>Critical thinking and process adherence</li></ul><hr /><h3>Shift Patterns</h3>Choose from flexible 4-week rotating rotas:<ul><li>Option 1: 6:00-17:00 (two weeks), then 12:00-23:00 (two weeks)</li><li>Option 2: 8:00-19:00 (two weeks), then 12:00-23:00 (two weeks)</li><li>Includes some weekend rest days.
