Streetworks Administrator (Telecoms)MUST have Experience using Street Manager Salary: £25,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentRole OverviewThe PIA / Streetworks Administrator will support the effective planning, coordination, and compliance of telecoms construction works. You will be responsible for raising and managing Streetworks notices and permits, coordinating safe dig information, producing job packs, and ensuring all activities meet regulatory and Openreach requirements. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and wider delivery team to support the smooth execution of projects. Streetworks &amp; Permitting<ul><li>Submit notice/permit requests to local authorities for planned works and variations.</li><li>Open, monitor, and close Streetworks notices in accordance with NRSWA requirements.</li><li>Respond to council comments, manage jeopardies, and minimise risks of non-compliance.</li><li>Analyse and respond to Section 74 charges and fixed penalty notices.</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Create job packs and work packages, ensuring timely inclusion of safe dig information and third-party utility prints.</li><li>Submit Traffic Management Plans and TTRO applications where required.</li><li>Run reports, validate completed works, and submit site registrations.</li><li>Provide daily updates on project progress in collaboration with the delivery team.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow internal processes to ensure high standards of accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of Openreach requirements, including dig reports and as-builts.</li><li>Maintain a working understanding of the Openreach network and associated infrastructure.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Experience RequiredEssential<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach.</li><li>Quick learner with the ability to understand new systems and processes.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage workloads effectively.</li><li>Confident team player with strong relationship-building skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and general ICT systems.</li><li>Experience using Street Manager (minimum 1 year).</li><li>Working knowledge of NRSWA / Street Works regulations.</li><li>Using Street Manager </li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role within telecoms or utilities.</li><li>Familiarity with PIA processes and Openreach network requirements.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Company pension</li><li>Opportunity to work from home</li><li>Monday to Friday schedule ( Open to both Full time and Part time )</li></ul> <hr /> <hr /> <hr /> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
