Key Responsibilities:Receiving &amp; Inspection<ul><li>Unload deliveries and verify goods against purchase orders.</li><li>Inspect items for damage and report any discrepancies.</li><li>Log all inbound shipments into the Unicomp WMS system.</li><li>Segregate inbound goods into correct locations for put-away.</li></ul>Storage &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Organise and store goods safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records using the warehouse management system.</li><li>Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.</li></ul>Order Picking, Checking &amp; Packing<ul><li>Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.</li><li>Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation.</li></ul>Dispatch &amp; Transportation Coordination<ul><li>Assist with loading vehicles and preparing shipping paperwork.</li><li>Liaise with couriers and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.</li></ul>Health &amp; Safety Compliance<ul><li>Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (if certified).</li><li>Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.</li></ul>Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook); experience with WMS systems is an advantage.</li><li>Forklift license (desirable but not essential).</li></ul> Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Reliable and punctual.</li><li>Strong team player with good communication skills.</li><li>Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.</li></ul> Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
