HR Administrator - Learning &amp; DevelopmentLocation: LisburnContract: OngoingSalary: £16.68 p/hHours: 36.25hrs per weekJoin our Learning &amp; Development team and provide professional administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training and development across our sites.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as first point of contact for L&amp;D enquiries and LMS support.</li><li>Assist with course material design, digital learning content, and system updates.</li><li>Support contract management, supplier liaison, and financial processes.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality training.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Strong admin and organisational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; LMS experience desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of L&amp;D practices is an advantage.</li></ul>Key Requirements:· Excellent planning and organisational skills· Ability to produce accurate work· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to advise senior management· A full, current UK driving licence· At least 2 years' experience in working an administrative role.
