<h3><strong>Job Title:</strong> Customer Service Advisor</h3><p><strong>Location:</strong> Whitehaven (Office Based)</p><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Ongoing Temporary</p><p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>£14 per hour (Monday-Saturday)</p><p><strong>Shifts: </strong>Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm (1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 4pm)</p><p><strong>Training: </strong>8 Weeks</p><hr /><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>As a <strong>Customer Service Advisor</strong>, you will play a key role in supporting customers who may be experiencing issues with their accounts. Working within the Customer Service Team, you will provide empathetic and solution-focused service to help customers manage their accounts.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Engage with customers via phone and digital channels to discuss queries on customer accounts</li><li>Own customer contacts from the start through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout</li><li>Accurately update in-house systems to reflect changes in customer accounts</li><li>Investigate queries to resolution and manage tasks effectively.</li></ul><p> </p><hr /><h3><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.</li><li>Experience in customer service or collections is desirable.</li><li>Proficient in IT skills</li><li>Attention to detail.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
