<p><strong>Vehicle Delivery &amp; Collection Driver - Blue Arrow</strong></p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> circa £30K per annum</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Midlothian</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Operational between Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm ( you will work a maximum of 48 hours per week including every 2nd Saturday, the option is available to work a 35 hour week but salary will reflect that)</p><h4> </h4><p>Are you an experienced driver with excellent organisational skills? Blue Arrow is recruiting <strong>Vehicle Delivery &amp; Collection Drivers</strong> to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards.</p><hr /><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Carry out pre-delivery vehicle checks and complete QC sheets accurately</li><li>Perform boot-to-boot checks with clients during handovers</li><li>Obtain correct details and signatures on collections</li><li>Communicate effectively with rental staff while on the road</li><li>Manage branch expectations and liaise with clients professionally</li><li>Complete fuel receipts and driver logs daily</li><li>Capture and send clear, ordered pictures for every delivery/collection</li><li>Report ETA updates and any issues promptly</li><li>Check driving licences on delivery where required</li><li>Assist with additional duties such as valeting or garage cleaning when needed</li></ul><hr /><h4><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h4><ul><li>Full UK driving licence (maximum 4 points)</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>Intermediate IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Experience in the rental industry (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Knowledge of vehicle inspection and damage assessment processes</li></ul><h4>Why App<strong>ly?</strong></h4><ul><li>Competitive salary of £30,476</li><li>Full-time hours with every second Saturday morning off</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading brand in vehicle rental</li></ul><p><strong>Apply today and start your new career in January!</strong></p><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
