<h1>Sales Admin and Support Assistant</h1><p><strong>Location:</strong>  Kent</p><p><strong>Terms:</strong> Permanent | Full Time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday - Friday | 08:45-17:15 (1-hour lunch)</p><h2><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></h2><ul><li>Confident, customer-oriented, and experienced in a sales or project-support environment</li><li>Strong telephone manner and professional communication skills</li><li>Calm and focused under pressure, able to multitask effectively</li><li>Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated</li><li>Organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions</li><li><strong>Proficient with MS Word/Excel; able to learn bespoke systems</strong></li><li><strong>Knowledge of Sage200 (S.O.P.) and export procedures is advantageous</strong></li><li>Previous experience in project management, account management, or sales support is highly desirable</li></ul><p> </p><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Admin and Support Assistant with a strong sales or project management background. You will be a key point of contact for our customers and support the Sales Team by managing enquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent service under pressure.</p><p>The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and calmness in a busy environment.
