Blue Arrow are recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work for a Facilities Management company based in York, YO42. Duties Include: <ul><li>To support the management team regarding preventative planned maintenance and reactive works including Callouts and Quoted Works.</li><li>Responsible for planning and coordinating work schedules in support of our specialist and industrial teams.</li><li>Responsible for placing orders for services/materials/stores equipment/PPE in support of service teams.</li><li>Support service management to compile data and reports for internal or external meetings and other purposes as directed.</li><li>Provide marketing and business development support, liaising with current and prospective clients to generate leads and support business growth</li><li>Support the management team to ensure the business is fully compliant with industry standards, employment legislation, ISO standards, company policies and procedures across service teams.</li><li>Communicating with clients and sub-contractors on a daily basis</li><li>Responsible for accurately billing/invoicing across the service area</li><li>Responsible for operating a range of in-house and client IT systems</li><li>To be proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office</li><li>To support the development of financial reports</li><li>Responsible for on-boarding of new contractors through the company' s IT systems.</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Maintain training documentation for all service employees</li><li style="text-align: justify;">Attend scheduled or ad-hoc meetings as directed by service management. </li><li style="text-align: justify;">Support and promote the implementation of service or company initiatives </li><li style="text-align: justify;">To communicate through the relevant platforms, all works schedules and updates. </li><li style="text-align: justify;">Accept and process applicable time sheets and ensure staff wage data is presented in an accurate and timely manner to payroll services. </li><li style="text-align: justify;">To support and encourage good working relationships and a good work environment</li><li style="text-align: justify;">To comply with the Company accident reporting procedure and assist promptly and accurately in the completion of relevant documentation. </li><li style="text-align: justify;">To complete training relevant to the role as determined and notified by service management </li></ul> 8:30am - 4:30am Monday - Friday The pay rate for this role is £13 per hour.
