<h3><strong>Sous Chef (Full Time - Permanent) - Southampton</strong></h3><p>We are recruiting a <strong>Sous Chef</strong> on a <strong>Full-Time, Permanent Basis</strong>. Working hours are <strong>38 hours per week</strong>, including alternate weekends. The role also includes overseeing counter service on the <strong>Carvery</strong> and <strong>Pizza Oven</strong>, as well as supervising and motivating the kitchen team.</p><p>This position offers <strong>sociable hours with no split shifts</strong> and alternate weekends off.</p><hr /><h3><strong>About You</strong></h3><p>We're looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills.
