The Role - Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
The nursery is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team. The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high‑quality childcare and education for children aged 0-5
- Plan and lead creative, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
- Promote independence, confidence, and curiosity in children
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently upheld
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic, caring, and proactive approach
