The Role - Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

The nursery is seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its team. The successful candidate will:

  • Deliver high‑quality childcare and education for children aged 0-5
  • Plan and lead creative, age‑appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development
  • Promote independence, confidence, and curiosity in children
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive team culture
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are consistently upheld

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Enthusiastic, caring, and proactive approach
