Blue Arrow is seeking a Foodhall Manager for our client in the Perthshire area!!
Salary: £35k to £40k
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8:30am to 17:30pm
Where: Perthshire area
Job Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities…
- Oversee day-to-day operations and delegate tasks effectively
- Achieve and exceed department revenue targets
- Manage stock levels and liaise with warehouse and buying teams
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Motivate, train, and coach your team to deliver outstanding service
- Maintain visually inspiring in-store and window displays
- Promote brand image through extensive product knowledge
- Create a positive working environment for both team and customers
- Manage the shop floor to resolve urgent issues and communicate updates
