About the Role:
We're looking for a Lead Catering Assistant to supervise our catering team and ensure smooth, high-quality food service. You'll coordinate staff, maintain hygiene standards, and support events across campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide catering assistants
- Oversee meal service and front-of-house areas
- Ensure food safety and allergen compliance
- Support events and functions
Requirements:
- Food Safety Level 2 (or willingness to train)
- Experience in catering/hospitality and team supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
