Blue Arrow are recruiting a Site Manager to run the facilities team of a school in Birmingham. School Site Manager - Birmingham

Blue Arrow are recruiting for experienced chefs to work with our clients across multiple sites in the Birmingham and Wolverhampton area. Working predominantly in the education sector, your main duties will include: - Cook and prepare high quality dishes to set menu spec- Supervise all kitchen stations- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environments- Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes- Be responsible for health and safety- Be responsible for food hygiene practices.- Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all times- Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created- Assist with determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering- Complete daily and weekly records including temperature checks. Head Chef - Wolverhampton Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am-14:30pmPay: £17.50 per hourWeeks: Immediate start - Term time only As a head chef you will be working in a school environment, managing a team of 1 Assistant Cook and at least 4 Catering Assistants. You will be responsible for the full operations providing meals to over 400 students.
