You will play a key role in shaping the future of connectivity. As an Order Placement &amp; Management Team Member, you'll manage customer orders across multiple systems and support critical projects like the migration of legacy PSTN lines to fibre technology, helping businesses and consumers embrace next-generation services.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all allocated tasks within defined targets.</li><li>Coordinate orders across back-end systems (FAST, Siebel, OCS, etc.).</li><li>Maintain accurate job notes and records.</li><li>Monitor delivery performance and take corrective actions.</li><li>Handle complaints and escalations through to resolution.</li><li>Support fibre migration projects, ensuring smooth transition from copper-based networks to IP/fibre infrastructure.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement improvement plans.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Build positive relationships with customers and suppliers.</li></ul>Skills Required* Excellent communication and listening skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making * Knowledge of telecom migration (PSTN to fibre/IP) is a plus * Attention to detail and process adherence * Resilience, adaptability, and accountability whilst working in a fast-paced environmentBenefits * Competitive pay and reward incentives * Hybrid working options * Full paid training * Access to Blue Arrow training portal * Pension scheme * 28 days paid holidayWe are proud to be an inclusive employer.
