Manitou Driver

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pmPay: £14.62 per hourContract: Starting 5th January, initially a 1‑month cover with a possiblty of an extension thereafter Reporting to the Warehouse &amp; Distribution Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the despatch operations run smoothly, efficiently and on time.Duties <ul><li>Processing pick tickets from Sales</li><li>Confirming stock availability</li><li>Booking transport and providing carriers with pick‑up details</li><li>Liaising with the Sales team to confirm despatch requirements</li><li>Updating Sales on any order exceptions</li><li>Preparing and verifying despatch paperwork</li><li>Checking carrier invoices for correct pricing and quantities</li><li>Confirming deliveries and checking related invoices</li><li>Supporting general administrative tasks as needed</li></ul> What we are looking for<ul><li>Good general standard of education</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent organisational abilities</li><li>Experience using computerised systems</li><li>Knowledge of despatch processes or logistics administration (advantageous) </li></ul>If interested apply today!Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
