Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Reception cover and general office support</li><li>Stationery management and meeting room set‑up</li><li>Processing requisitions, orders, and invoices using purchase ordering systems</li><li>Scheduling meetings and events, distributing agendas and documentation</li><li>Attending meetings to prepare action records</li><li>Inputting, maintaining, and extracting data across digital and manual systems</li></ul> ✅ Essential Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Knowledge and understanding of business support at a similar level</li><li>Educated to SCQF Level 5 or equivalent experience</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Excellent planning, organisation, and attention to detail</li><li>Flexible, positive, and team‑oriented approach</li></ul> 🌟 Desirable Skills<ul><li>Experience working with internal/external contacts at all levels</li><li>Previous office environment experience</li><li>Familiarity with bespoke IT systems/databases</li><li>Understanding of hybrid working practices</li></ul>If interested apply today.
